Rum of the Month: Bumbu Original

Probably one of the best tasting rums we’ve ever had, Bumbu Original is the perfect rum for sipping at anchor! From their website:

Our flagship Bumbu Rum is based on the original recipe created by 16th and 17th century sailors of the West Indies, who blended native Caribbean ingredients into their rum and called it “Bumbu” – truly the original craft spirit.

Believe it! This rum has notes of Caribbean spices, vanilla, soft caramel and toasted oak. There’s even a hint of banana, making this one of the best well-rounded flavor profiles of any rum. Shifty Pete says:

This here rum’s made fer sippin’ straight up, so a curse be upon ye if ye go a mixin’ it with nothin’ else!
