River Rap is a series of interviews of folks who work on the Potomac River – people you may know, and others you might not! Each of them has a unique and interesting story on our river!
This installment of River Rap focuses on Chef Miguel DeBride who recently came to The Harbour Grille, and has been raising up the level of cuisine on the river to new heights! This should come as no surprise though, as he’s literally been everywhere, including working with other great chefs like Emeril Lagasse in New Orleans!
