The 2026 boating season is getting an early start with a new community event at Occoquan Harbour Marina. On Saturday, April 18, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Occoquan Harbour Marina and The Harbour Grille will host the First Annual Occoquan Harbour Marina Cars, Boats, and Bikes Show. The free event is designed to be family-friendly and give locals something fun to do on a spring weekend.
Visitors can expect a nice mix of classic and modern cars, motorcycles, and boats on display. Local vendors including First Mate Marine and Live Watersports will be on hand, along with other exhibitors, and there will be a DJ blasting out the tunes. Throughout the day there will be giveaways and free merchandise from Surfside, Jameson, and Absolut Vodka. The Harbour Grille will open early, offering breakfast sandwiches and half-off Orange Crush drinks.
Important: Attendees should park at the commuter lot on Annapolis Way, where continuous shuttle service will run to the show (see map below). If you are coming by water, dock your boat at the Harbour Grille docks. If that is full, just hail the marina on channel 16 and they’ll find a place for you.
If you’d like to display your car or motorcycle, simply drive down the hill to the parking lot where volunteers will direct you to a spot. For classic boats arriving by trailer, contact Occoquan Harbour Marina at 703-494-3600 at least 24 hours in advance.
