Trump Boat Parade Sept 29

NOTE: The Pirate’s Guide to Boating is a non-political publication and always will be. We have no political preferences, unless someone starts offering free rum or something. However, our job is to notify the public about events on the river, and this is an event on the river, so here we go…

Starting at noon on Sunday September 29, just north of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge in Alexandria, boats will gather for a Trump Boat Parade. The lead boat will be named “Alexandria” and will have a megaphone for on the spot announcements. The parade route will go from the Wilson Bridge, upriver to Georgetown, making a turn around the Three Sisters area, and head back down to Alexandria.

The organizers would like you to fly your Trump flags from your vessel as you join the parade and traverse the parade path. This will be a rain-or-shine event. So, if you are down with that, you now have something to keep you occupied this Sunday!
